I am a systems expert who strengthens organizations by helping them identify and address the root causes of workplace, governance, productivity, service delivery, and morale concerns. My services include:
Losing a key employee. Changing market conditions. New government regulations. Workplace complaint investigations. These are just some of the things that can disrupt an organization and distract everyone's attention from what matters most. I help organizations address the aftermath, re-energize their workforce, and immunize themselves against future complaints by identifying systemic issues, adjusting business processes, and rebuilding impacted teams, departments and divisions.
I have facilitated one-day and multi-day strategic planning processes for groups, individual organizations, single divisions, and specific project teams. Whether your event is held onsite or at an offsite retreat location, participants will value the experience and leave knowing exactly where the organization is heading, the importance of their contribution to achieving long term goals, and why the work your organization does matters.
I offer a variety of one-day and multi-day workshops in areas such as effective communications, project management, and business process re-engineering. I also offer in-service training for beginning, experienced and seasoned managers/administrators. Each of the management workshops is structured to take participants to the next level in their leadership, communication, conflict management, and performance evaluation and mentoring skills. If asked, I will provide 30-minute 1-on-1 post-workshop phone consultations to workshop participants so they can address individual areas of need or interest.
I work with executive leaders and Boards of Directors to assess ways the organization's structure, culture, policies, or procedures might be impacting performance, stifling communication, or compromising data collection and project evaluation efforts that inform key decisions. My goal in this process is to help the group move past whatever roadblocks are in their way so they can strengthen their working relationships and better achieve stated goals.
