Leader and mentor
A visionary and leader
It is a joy to be with someone who consults with you as though your mission is the only jewel in her mind's eye. Any organization that is fortunate enough to have Mimi on their team will undoubtedly experience growth within a clearly defined framework that she will be instrumental in helping to frame. She plays many roles as needed effortlessly - leader, consultant, mediator, worker...whatever it takes. As an organizational consultant, she brings the skills of a visionary and mediator into a room of people (present in person, or, virtually - she can do her magic in any environment) and makes them a better team, with a renewed spirit, ready to tackle the next big goal. I heartily recommend Mimi to all whom she can take on; and, I look forward to our continued work together. — J. A.
Intelligent and helpful
She ‘gets’ technology
I have enjoyed my ongoing relationship with Mimi tremendously. Throughout the time I have known and worked with her, she has an ability to translate the needs of the business into terminology a technologist can both understand and relate to. The applications we built allowed her staff to save time, reduce costs and work smarter. I look forward to working with her on future products. — M. S.
